July featured Jackpot Jennies: Penny & Bernadette
Join us for a cozy “Christmas in July” themed farmstand day at Not By Luck Ranch. Shop handmade soaps, luxurious goat milk body creams, fresh baked goods, seasonal favorites, and thoughtful gifts while enjoying the beauty of rural Placer county. Meet some of our rescue animals, soak in the country atmosphere, and know that every purchase helps support the ongoing care of the wild burros we provide a lifetime of sanctuary. Saturday, July 11 farmstand hours: 11 AM to 4 PM. There is no admission fee to stop by the farmstand but we do gladly accept donations for our donkey sanctuary efforts as described below.

Not By Luck Ranch provides sanctuary to six wild burros lovingly referred to as our “Jackpot Jennies” because we feel we hit the jackpot when we adopted these jennies. America’s wild burros need our help, every dollar Donated to the Donkeys helps us care for these amazing animals.
