As you may notice Dinah is the twin sister to Dutchess. These sisters were the first two goats at Not By Luck Ranch. Dinah is the leader of the tribe and marches around like a true goat boss.

Dutchess is a purebred Nigerian Dwarf goat who has a loving but bossy personality. She definitely gives her sister Dinah good competition for Queen of the tribe.

Marie is by far the most independent of our herd. She is a fun goat with a spirit and energy that are unlike the others. She is not afraid to venture off and keeps us on our toes.

Nala is a sweet Nigerian Dwarf goat who took some time to warm up to us. For a while she was a bit unruly but finally we gained her trust and now she loves her scratches and treats.

Mochi is one of our smaller Nigerian Dwarf goats but her personality is quite large. Lately she has been exerting herself and climbing the ranks within the tribe. Small but mighty indeed.

Si is one of our two hornless goats, she is in fact polled, meaning genetically born with no horns. She is also a pedigreed show goat and is registered with the ADGA.

Sisu is the half sister to Si, same billy goat but different nannies. Sisu is also hornless and is also a registered goat with the ADGA.

Hercules is just like his name suggests, strong and handsome. Hercules is a mixed breed wether and we adore him.

Raven is a beautiful sweet girl but a handful. Raven is a very curious goat and tends to let herself out of the pen often. Raven definitely keeps things interesting.

Mama is an Oberhasli and has had two kids, Cesar and her daughter Daydream. Mama is very skittish but will come around for treats. She is a beautiful goat with a shy personality.

Daydream is the youngest goat in our tribe and is the half sister to Cesar and the daughter of Mama Oberhasli. She is sweet and friendly with a dash of fiesty.

Jimmy is a handsome fun loving goat with more personality than you can imagine. Inquisitive and curious and always by your side Jimmy leaves our hearts full with all his charm.

Mr. Tibbs is currently the only breeding buck at Not By Luck Ranch. This handsome goat is a chocolate cou clair Nigerian Dwarf. Mr. Tibbs remains very friendly and is eager to expand his tribe.

Wendy is a very special goat, she is the daughter of our tribe matriarch, Dinah, and is essentially a princess. Wendy was the first kid born and bred at Not By Luck Ranch. Princess Wendy of Gold Run is a fan favorite.

Meet Crystal, born into the February 2023 class of kids she is clearly her father’s daughter. This lovely doe looks just like Mr. Tibbs and we couldn’t be happier to have another cou clair in the tribe.

Lennox was born in the 2023 class of kids to Mochi as part of twins. Lennox is by far the smallest goat in the tribe. This little chocolate doe may be tiny but her personality is huge.

Mittens is the twin sister to Lennox. Mittens is a very vocal little girl who will bleet anytime she can not see her family. Mittens loves her mother, Mochi, so much and she makes that known.

Onyx was part of the 2023 class of Not By Luck Ranch kids and was born from Marie. Onyx had a twin brother named Jaspar who did not survive. Onyx is a beautiful black goat and a great addition to our color genetics.

Bart is the only surviving buck from the 2023 class of kids. He is a very special little buckskin goat who will soon be living in the buck pen with his father, Mr. Tibbs. Bart was born from Si and currently has a very weak herd instinct and requires extra care.

Molly is a very rare animal, she is a cashmere goat! Molly is a bit of a bully so she only makes short appearances, but her luxurious wool makes her something special.
