Every Goat Walk is a little adventure with a bigger purpose. Your ticket purchase is a donation to the Not By Luck Ranch Animal Sanctuary, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, helping provide food, care, and a safe haven for livestock in need. Come spend some time with our goats and enjoy a tour through the heart of the ranch.

Stroll alongside the goats as they browse through their forested mountain trail. Watch the goats walk, leap, and explore around you, offering a charming glimpse into everyday goat life. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to feed them treats, capture photos, and enjoy their curious personalities.

This guided experience blends learning, laughter, and fresh air. Come as you are and leave with stories, smiles, and a deeper appreciation for these delightful dairy animals.

This experience is not stroller or wheelchair accessible and does require walking on a forested mountain trail (about 0.50 round trip). Moderate fitness is required. Our Goat Walk experience will last about 60 minutes. No DOGS or other outside animals allowed, please leave your pets at home and enjoy ours. Every person in attendance must have a ticket purchased in advance and a signed liability release on file. Please wear closed toed shoes appropriate for hiking and livestock.

Goat walks at Not By Luck Ranch are best enjoyed by guests over the age of 12 as the free roaming goats can be intimidating. Further, the goat walk is an educational agricultural tour as we are not a petting zoo. If your child is brave enough to withstand the free roaming goats and interested in learning about these awesome dairy animals we do welcome guests of all ages.

Grab your lederhosen, bring your appetite, and prepare for a baa-rilliant time at Goatoberfest — the ultimate mashup of Oktoberfest fun and fall farm charm!

Join us for an evening packed with animal feeding, festive eats, craft brews, karaoke fun, and a healthy dose of autumn magic. Meet donkeys (some might be in costume), conquer the battle of the bleets, show off your stein-holding skills, and feast on bratwurst, pretzels, and pumpkin everything.

Whether you're here for the animals, the fest, or just the fall vibes, Goatoberfest is the G.O.A.T. way to celebrate the season!

Ticket price includes admission to Not By Luck Ranch and feed for the animals. Food and beverage will be available for purchase including: brats, potato salad, fresh baked pretzels, pumpkin pie, apple strudel, local beers and a signature fall themed cocktail.

Not By Luck Ranch is not stroller or wheelchair accessible and does require walking down a short dirt trail to access our Animal Village.

There are no physical tickets, we utilize a guest list and will have your name and number of tickets purchased. Every person in attendance must have a signed liability release on file, we will provide this at check-in. All minors must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.

All ticket purchases are final, no refunds or transfers are given. This is a fundraiser for a non-profit organization if you can’t use your ticket please gift it to someone else or consider it a donation to our sanctuary animals.
