  • Where can I find the address?

    We are a private property and do not publish our address. Directions to our ranch are provided after tickets are purchased. An email with a link to directions is automatically sent after your purchase is complete.

  • Can someone please call me?

    Please understand that we are a small family run ranch and have animals to care for which takes up most of our day. All the information needed to enjoy your visit can be found here on our website. If further information is needed please email us and we will reply as soon as possible.

  • What is the walk/hike/trail like?

    Most of our goat walks are on our private forest trail and cover 1/2 mile in 60 minutes. There are some steep hills that we go up and down, pine needles, sticks, and other natural debris. Moderate fitness is recommended. Our trail is not stroller or wheelchair accessible.

  • Do I need a ticket for my baby?

    If your little one will enjoy the experience and is able to walk around, feed and/or pet the animals a ticket is needed. Infants (under the age of 2) do not need a ticket. Two and over do need their own ticket. Please note that the trail is not stroller accessible.

  • I sent a message on social media why did you not respond?

    Messages sent or posted on social media may not be seen. We use social media platforms for promotional purposes only. Please email us directly to be assured we receive your message.

  • Are there any picnic facilities?

    We do not currently offer picnic or gathering facilities. Besides, the goats would make it very hard to enjoy a picnic :)

  • Can I bring my dog?

    Unfortunately no outside animals are allowed. Many of our animals free range and the presence of a dog alters their behavior and puts their health and safety at risk. Please leave your pets (even service dogs) at home and enjoy ours.

  • What if it is raining?

    We operate rain or shine. Umbrellas, rain coats, clothes that can tolerate mud and waterproof shoes are recommended. Rainy days can be the most beautiful here as our seasonal stream and waterfalls are flowing.

  • Why can't I get a refund?

    We host small groups on a limited basis as such we can not accommodate refunds or date transfers. If you become sick or otherwise unable to use your ticket please consider gifting it to a friend or family member.
