Make an
impact today
When you choose to give, you become part of something bigger—something powerful.
Every wild burro at Not By Luck Ranch has a story of survival. Once roaming the open landscapes of the American West, many are gathered through federal roundups and face an uncertain future. Here, their story changes. They find open pasture, gentle care, and the security of a forever home where they will never have to fight for safety again. But rescue is only the beginning. Nutritious feed, veterinary care, hoof trimming, fencing, and daily care are made possible by compassionate people like you. Your donation or sponsorship gives these remarkable animals more than a sanctuary—it gives them a future filled with kindness, dignity, and hope. Together, we can ensure every rescued burro lives the peaceful life they have always deserved.
“Donkeys are the most misunderstood and abused animals around the world.”
