On the first Friday of each month, we open the gates and invite the community to wander, connect, and experience life at the ranch. Open 11 AM to 3 PM, or when the cowbell rings, whichever comes first.
Meet our rescued animals up close, learn their stories, and enjoy a laid-back afternoon filled with curious noses and plenty of sweet photo moments. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or just craving a peaceful escape, the ranch is the perfect place to slow down and soak it all in.
Every visit directly supports the care, feeding, and love given to our animal residents — and helps keep this special place thriving.

The farmstand will also be open so you can shop for soap, lotion, jam, baked goods and other gifts! Snack Shack will be open with beverages and snack items for purchase. No outside food or drink permitted.
Open Ranch Rules:
-Not By Luck Ranch is not stroller or wheelchair accessible and does require walking on a forested mountain trail (about 0.10 of a mile in and out on a moderate slope).
-No feeding the animals unless provided by Not By Luck Ranch.
-Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
-No more than 3 youth per responsible adult.
-All children must be supervised at all times.
-No DOGS or other outside animals allowed, please leave your pets at home and enjoy ours.
-Every person in attendance must a signed liability release on file. Please wear closed toed shoes appropriate for hiking and livestock.
-Open Ranch Days are held rain or shine. All ticket purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable and valid only for the date and time indicated.
